Hi, I’m Dr. Carlie
My mission is empowering women to navigate midlife
confidently so they can show up in their life.
As a naturopathic doctor, I support women navigating perimenopause and menopause, helping them understand and address hormonal changes that affect their health, mood, and well-being. This stage can be overwhelming and frustrating, especially when women feel unheard or misinformed.
My mission is to empower women with clear, evidence-based solutions and individualized care that help them thrive, not just survive, through midlife. I work with women to address symptoms like fatigue, sleep disturbances, and mood changes, while promoting long-term health and vitality.
I’m passionate about being a trusted guide in this exciting time of women’s health, offering personalized roadmaps that support each woman in reclaiming her energy and feeling confident in her body. Together, we’ll unlock your full potential and help you live the vibrant life you deserve.
Carlie Reidlinger, ND
An Individualized Approach
My approach to supporting women through perimenopause and menopause is grounded in a deep understanding of hormonal health, combined with a compassionate, individualized approach. I offer practical and actionable solutions that are rooted in science and include things like lifestyle modification, nutrition, targeted supplementation, herbal medicine, and prescription medication. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment, meeting people where they are to address their goals.
I’m a mom of two and when I am not in clinic you can usually find me (cold) coffee in hand chasing them around or driving to various after school activities.
I grew up in Alberta but now can’t imagine not living near the ocean.
My favourite hobby is going on hikes or to the beach and taking a hundred pictures of my kids playing in the mud and sand.
I have participated in two medical service trips to rural Tanzania and it is where my love of supporting women to thrive in their health blossomed.
I am have been celiac for over 10 years and love experimenting with different gluten free recipes.
I’m a firm believer in shifting focus from restrictions and trends to fuelling your body and finding joy in food- yes, fries are their own food group!
